An exhibition in words and pictures capturing the Dublin of James Joyce’s Dubliners on Monday 20th August at 7pm in St. Nicholas of Myra Parish Centre, Carmans Hall, Francis Street, Dublin 8.

John Huston's The Dead Viewing

Screening at the IFI on Saturday, April 21st at 16.15 as part of Dublin: One City, One Book.

The Dead

As part of Dublin: One City, One Book and continuing it's collaboration with Dublin City Public Libraries, the IFI presents John Huston's The Dead on April 21st at 4.15pm. Adapted from the final story in the Dubliners collection, the film is set during the annual dinner party of the elderly Morkan sisters on the Feast of the Epiphany in 1904.
