The Country Girls Book Club – BOOKED OUT

 

 

BOOKED OUT

Dublin City Libraries Book Club members are invited to attend a special event with author Rachael English and broadcaster Rick O’Shea, where they will discuss Edna O’Brien’s The Country Girls Trilogy – the main themes, the importance of Edna O’Brien’s writing and more. Audience participation is encouraged. Followed by complimentary refreshments. Places limited.

Rachael English is a journalist and presenter of Morning Ireland on RTÉ Radio One. She is the author of four novels including The American Girl and The Night of the Party.

Rick O’Shea is a broadcaster with RTÉ Gold and runs Ireland’s largest online bookclub – The Rick O’Shea Book Club with over 25,000 members. He was a judge for the Costa Book Awards and along with Sinéad Moriarty selects books for the Easons Must Reads promotions.
